First time booking through us

 

One of the most frequent questions we get asked is, "Are the booking widgets safe to use?"

 

The answer to this question is yes. We deal directly with companies represented on this website and when you click on the booking widget you are booking directly with the company - not us. 

 

 

Customer Service 

 

Even with the best intentions, sometimes you have to change your flight times or even cancel your trip altogether. If you find your plans have altered here is what you need to do.

 

Air New Zealand

 

Q: I have booked through Kids Friendly but now need to change the dates of my flight. How do I fix this?

 

A: Flight changes are subject to rules relating to the type of fare purchased and the destination. For details of how to change the dates of your booking visit the Air New Zealand Manage Bookings page.  

 

Q: I have booked through Kids Friendly but now have to cancel my flights. How do I fix this?

 
Bookings for domestic and international travel may be cancelled online, subject to conditions. Visit the Air New Zealand Manage Bookings page for full details.
 
Q: The above solutions can't help me. Who do I contact at Air New Zealand to fix my problem?

Qantas 

 

Q: I have booked through Kids Friendly but now need to change the dates or cancel my flight. How do I fix this?

 

A: You can make date and time changes to flight bookings made at qantas.com for bookings within Australia or New Zealand, trans-Tasman and international bookings via Manage Your Booking or your local Qantas office.

 

Pegasus Rental Cars

 

Q: I have booked through Kids Friendly but now need to change the dates. How do I fix this?
