Remember the swing you had in your back yard? Well, The Ledge Sky Swing takes that to a whole new level. In fact a level 400 metres over Queenstown. Once harnessed your lowered tothe release 'station'. Let the thrill take over! As you swing away the bigget surprise is not knowing when you'll change from fall to swing. Just as your brain convinces you the fall will never stop, you begin arching out 400 metres over Queenstown.

Restrictions: Minimum age = 10 years  Weight: Minimum = 35kg, Maximum = 110kg

Coronet Peak this year doubled the size of its dedicated beginner area, with a new Carpet and snowmaking guns in this area which will significantly improve the beginner’s experience. When you visit New Zealand a trip to world famous Milford Sound is a must. And the best way to see it is by air. A 35 minute scenic flight from either Queenstown or Te Anau can have you in Milford Sound connecting with a cruise along the Fjord.

 

We have scheduled flights departing daily from Queenstown, Te Anau and Milford Sound. Our most popular flight is the Fly/Cruise/Fly which has a duration of 4.5 hours. For those of you with only a little time an overfly of Milford Sound is the way to go, taking about 1 hour and 10 minutes. There are coach and fly options also and combos combining the Dart River Safari with Milford Sound and also a fly and wine tour experience.

The Remarkables ski field has dedicated children's terrain features, family events, Ozone Tubing Park and live entertainment. The mountain’s varied trails, terrain parks and backcountry areas are very family friendly. Freestylers will love the brand new UP & GO Terrain Park– twice the size of the existing terrain park, whilst the novice can progress in the Fruju Beginner Park while not-so-serious can put skis and boards aside and enjoy the Ozone Tubing Park.  There's live music on the deck and children 10 and younger ski free.
