We are a family-friendly establishment as we only have 4 rooms. Often our bookings are a three generation family travelling together over the holidays for several days, using it as a base (grandparents,parents,children) taking up the whole lodge, so privacy, safety, relaxation are guaranteed.

 

Children will love our pets, Boris is a chocolate labrador and Sofia and Lavinia are our two cats. Then there is Cordelia a penhen and her friends.

The Factory offers luxury accommodation in a wing of a beautifully restored historic building.  It is only available for one party at a time and sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.  
 
Although breakfast is included, it is fully self-contained with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The Factory is on an acre of land opposite Hapuku beach with the magnificent Kaikoura ranges in the background.
 
With a private courtyard and an outside spa, The Factory is the ideal place for your family to be ensured peace and privacy while enjoying all that Kaikoura has to offer.
